Rock Steady Poipu

Paul and Mary Clough operate Rock Steady Boxing classes in Poipu.  Classes will be held on Monday and Thursday mornings from 9-10 am.

A short evaluation will test balance and must be completed prior to starting the class. This is given to determine individualized personal training needs so participants receive the best training possible.

There is a 65 dollar fee: this includes your own personal boxing gloves, gel wraps and special non slip socks.

No shoes on the gym mats.
